On the Production Calendar for 2026

The working time standards are calculated according to the calendar of a five-day 40-hour working week, based on an 8-hour working day, a six-day 40-hour working week, based on a 7-hour working day, and a six-day 36-hour working week, based on a 6-hour working day.
In accordance with Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, work at enterprises, organizations and institutions is not performed on the following holidays and commemorative days: January 1 - New Year, March 8 - International Women's Day, March 21-22 - National Spring Holiday, May 18 - Constitution Day of Turkmenistan and State Flag Day of Turkmenistan, September 27 - Independence Day of Turkmenistan, October 6 - Memorial Day, December 12 - International Day of Neutrality. In 2026, the following will also be observed: Oraza Bayram - March 20, Gurban Bayram - May 27-28-29. Working time on the eve of these days is reduced by 1 hour in accordance with Article 61 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan.
In accordance with Article 62 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, when preparing work schedules, it is necessary to take into account that the duration of work at night is reduced by 1 hour. Therefore, for employees working in three shifts under a five-day working week with two days off, the annual working time fund is reduced at the rate of 1 hour for each night shift.
The duration of night work is equalized with daytime work in cases where this is necessary due to production conditions, in particular in continuous production, as well as in shift work under a six-day working week with one day off.
In this regard, for recalculating hourly tariff rates into monthly rates, the average monthly duration of working time (in hours) in 2026 will be:
for a 40-hour working week - 166.9
for a 36-hour working week - 150.5
